Technique: Indigraph ink penBob Marley sang it already: "One love, one heart, let’s get together and feel all right." His music was a call for unity, for love, for a world without hate.
When I am drawing, I feel peaceful. The world falls silent, my hand follows the lines, and something emerges that existed only in my thoughts. Yet the time before I finally feel the space and inspiration to begin can be restless. Sometimes I have to search, wait, wander in my own thoughts, or outside in nature. As soon as the first line appears on paper, calm returns.
Peace begins within ourselves. In the calm with which we hold a brush, in the harmony of a melody, in the moments when we come together without judgment.
As Bob Marley taught us: peace is not a dream, it is a choice. A choice we can make every day - in our art, in our music, and in the way we treat one another.
