A magical walk (17km) to the ocean. On this one walk I came across so many beautiful things. One of these things was the short-eared owl. First on one hill going towards the ocean and then on the other hill going back he flew in front of me, about three feet above the ground. I have never seen an owl so close, without fear. The goosebumps I now had were from amazement. Nature that surprises me over and over again.
Owls represent wisdom, knowledge, change, transformation, intuitive development and faith in mystery. They are connected to the spiritual symbolism of "death" which brings about new beginnings with a higher understanding and an evolved perspective.
